The underbanked and underserved communities face daily disadvantages when it comes to check cashing, access to affordable foods and often work long hours to support their families. The Covid-19 pandemic has furthered these disadvantages. ​

Chase provided relief to these communities by giving personalized financial advice and family essentials through an immersive pop-up experience. The pop-up toured 5 markets nationwide and created an authentic relationship with these communities building trust and supporting them when they needed it most.
