Panda Express celebrated the limited return of its popular entree Firecracker Shrimp with an exclusive, 4-night bicoastal fine dining event in Los Angeles and New York. Each location was transformed into an elegant upscale dining establishment with ambient lighting and bespoke tablescapes, complemented by live violin serenades. Reservations were exclusively available through a custom reservation site and limited to two seatings per evening. 

Those lucky enough to score tickets experienced an indulgent five-course, off-the-menu meal curated by the Panda Innovations Team that featured Firecracker Shrimp, Mongolian beef sliders and a tea’ramisu dessert, all paired with handcrafted mocktails. Each course was unveiled with a white glove presentation by the renowned Olivier Cheng Events. Additional elements included branded photo moments and commemorative Panda chopstick and fortune cookie holder takeaway sets.
